I have deemed this year as our {budget year}. With that said I cancelled my gym membership, and decided to use what we had to make my "home gym". With the following 4 items I think I can whip myself into shape! I was thrilled yesterday when I opened my Real Simple magazine and saw that they had an article about this very thing.. 15 min. workout at home with a jump rope.
